About Insurance

Once a customer files a claim and the insurance company accepts liability, we will coordinate with the insurer throughout the repair process. Our team is prepared to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.

Frequently Asked Questions

Initially, the insurance company may request that we send photos and a repair estimate, or they may send one of their adjusters to our facility to write the estimate. Once the initial estimate is approved, we can proceed with ordering the necessary parts.

When writing an estimate, we prioritize safety and aesthetics. If the insurance company’s estimate compromises either, we request a supplement. While we can't force insurers to pay for OEM parts or unrelated damage, we advocate for proper procedures and address any missed damage. This can cause delays, but our focus is on quality and fair representation.

Our estimators work closely with the insurance company, communicating necessary repairs. If additional damage or electrical issues are discovered during disassembly, a supplemental estimate is sent for approval, which may cause short delays. We work diligently on your behalf and appreciate your patience.
